17th Annual Shining Stars Rising Above Stigma Benefit

The Foundation for Mental Health invites you to join us for a night to raise awareness about mental health and celebrate leading individuals and organizations in Santa Clara County and beyond who make significant contributions to the mental health community. Our special guest speaker is journalist, author and mental health advocate, Kathy Cronkite. Her book, On the Edge of Darkness: Conversations About Conquering Depression, features interviews with well-known Americans who discuss their depression including Dick Clark and Mike Wallace. Cronkite, who also shares her personal experiences with chronic depression, delivers a powerful message of hope and a call to understanding.
