"Dose of Awareness" 5K/Health Expo

Join the National Coalition Against Prescription Drug Abuse and RxSafe San Ramon Valley at our first annual family-friendly FREE walk to raise awareness about the dangers of misusing/abusing prescription drugs and to learn about alternative treatment options that can help keep your families safe from overdose deaths and addiction. Cheryl Jennings/ABC KGO TV will emcee and speakers include Supv. Candace Andersen, DA Mark Peterson, Mayor Bill Clarkson and others. A special "Lost Loved Ones Memorial" will feature a dove balloon release. Volunteer and sponsorship opportunities are still available.
