About the Team
Scott Merritt is President of Sales Acceleration Consulting in Las Vegas, NV. He consults with businesses primarily in the areas of marketing and sales. During his corporate career in the financial services industry, he led sales teams to explosive revenue growth. Scott was ICS Director for the Western Division of PaineWebber (UBS), leading a team that increased fee-based revenue lines from $45 million to $160 million in 3 years. He led sales organizations for JP Morgan for 10 years, culminating in the dramatic turnaround of a financial advisor team in Central Texas. In 2013, over 90% of Scott’s clients grew revenues by an average of more than 29%. He lives in Las Vegas with his wife of 25 years, Harriet, and their dog. Their daughter Allana and her family live close by. The family also includes three horses.
Pat Patterson joined Sales Acceleration Consulting in 2013 to expand the service representation within the East Bay Tri-Valley market of Northern California. Pat brings 28 years of working knowledge in Corporate Sales, Marketing, and strategic planning. Pat loves the challenges of Sales and Marketing and sharing his knowledge and experience gained over many years of business. He has been an active community leader, serving as a board member of the San Ramon Chamber of Commerce, Danville/Sycamore Valley Rotary, and the Tri-Valley Convention & Visitors Bureau. He is also President of the Alumni Associations of Phi Kappa Tau, UC Berkeley. Pat and his wife live in Danville, CA. He has one son and a very loyal English Springer Spaniel.
