On Saturday, January 25, the Kaiser Permanente Walnut Creek Medical Center will be hosting an Affordable Care Act Information and Health Screening Event from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon. It will take place in the Medical Office Building immediately adjacent to the hospital, in Rooms Oak 1-3.
It is open to all members of the community.
The primary purpose of the event is to help residents and businesses understand how health care reform affects them, and to help them gain some peace of mind so they can make smart and informed decisions, and to share information about getting financial help when securing health care coverage through Covered California, the state benefit exchange.
