This will be Mayor Bill Clarkson’s 9th and last State of the City Address, given that he will be termed out after four terms as Mayor in 2020. Mayor Clarkson’s talk will cover the City of San Ramon’s accomplishments over the last few years, including the opening of the City Center, the preservation of open space and the ongoing struggle to maintain local control of our City’s planning approval process.
