Business and Community Awards Dinner 2013

Please join us at The Bridges Golf Club in San Ramon, to recognize the amazing achievements of the Nominees for the 2013 San Ramon Chamber Business and Community Awards.

The Awards Dinner will begin with networking and "no host" cocktails. Representatives from Chevron, AT&T, the City of San Ramon, San Ramon Regional Medical Center, Kaiser Permanente, Sunset Development and many other corporations will be present.

"The Community Awards recognize individuals in our community who strive to make a difference," said San Ramon Chamber of Commerce Chair, Rich Mendoza, Iron Oak Home Loans.  "Although there can be only one winner in each category, a nomination is a significant recognition of achievement and dedication to the improvement of our community."

Citizen of the Year Award

Educator of the Year

• Jonathan Lui-Kwan - Past PTA President of Quail Run Elementary   
• Rob Stockberger - San Ramon Valley Unified School District 
• Nicholas Zefeldt - Live Oak Elementary School 

Employee of the Year

• Cristene Burr - Executive Director at San Ramon Valley Education Foundation
• Janel Rupp - Outreach & Education Manager at Food Service Technology Center
• Sandra Ryan - Marketing Manager at San Ramon Regional Medical Center

Green Company of the Year

• San Ramon Valley Conference Center 
• Sprint 
• Whole Foods San Ramon 

 Terry Koehne, communications and community relations director at the San Ramon Valley Unified School District, will host the awards program.  We will also hear from our Honorable Mayor, Bill Clarkson and Rich Mendoza, Chairman of the San Ramon Chamber Board.

Awards will be presented at the San Ramon Chamber of Commerce A Night of Stars to be held Thursday, December 5, 2013 at The Bridges Golf Club, 9000 S. Gale Ridge Road (off Bollinger Canyon Road) in San Ramon. The awards event will begin with networking at 5:30 p.m., and dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m. The evening will end by 9 p.m.
