Developing Executive Leadership: Strategies for Asian Women Leaders

This full-day workshop is facilitated by Debbie Choy and Yon Na, two established Asian American leadership and organizational behavior experts. Our mission is to foster a network of Asian professionals who want to be leaders in life, at work, in their communities. Through group coaching workshops, we bring together groups of Asian leaders and examine how our upbringing, cultural values, and personal beliefs shape who we are and how we lead. These groups facilitate deep networking, intense self-reflection, and growth as a leader through increased awareness and new tools. This workshop is uniquely tailored for Asian women professionals at different stages in their careers, but want to be more effective in the US workplace.   We will discuss these and other questions at the workshop:
