Dr. Edward Kan
Edward Kan, MD is the Managing Partner of Pleasanton Emergency Medical Group, which is responsible for staffing the physicians and mid-level providers in the Emergency Department at Stanford Health Care – ValleyCare in Pleasanton, as well as the Stanford Health Care – ValleyCare Urgent Care locations in Dublin and Livermore. He has practiced with ValleyCare in the Emergency Department and Urgent Cares for 17 years, and is a Stanford Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor with the Department of Medicine - Primary Care and Population Health.
Dr. Kan is a board certified in Emergency Medicine, and he has particular interest in quality improvement and student education. He is a native to the Tri-Valley area; he grew up in Danville, and attended San Ramon Valley High School. He is dedicated to providing outstanding care and improving the health of the community.
Presentation will be followed by a brief Q&A.
