Family Yoga Night

Join us for a fun, family evening including yoga for all, engaging activities and calming crafts! This yoga class blends an empowering theme with individual and partner yoga poses, music, props, singing and more. Leyna Roget Brabant of Calm Mind, Happy Heart will guide participants on an imaginative journey to uncover stress release tools, build communication skills, and relaxation tips for all ages. Yoga instruction will begin at 6:30pm and light refreshments will be served afterward. A limited number of child and adult sized yoga mats provided; personal mats or towels welcome.
