The Bump was designed to help East Bay and Tri-Valley mothers-to-be navigate the various topics of prenatal and postnatal health and wellness, to make empowered choices, to give and receive inspiration, and to be a safe haven for dialogue and discussion.
Each class covers different topics and are led by experts in their respective fields. Topics like common breastfeeding issues, how to hire a doula, pain management, birthing options, exercise, etc. will be covered by babywearing experts, prenatal and postnatal yoga instructors, lactation experts, doulas, and midwives. You will walk away armed with knowledge and know-how!
If you are a not yet pregnant or even if you already have a few little ducks, you will still be able to take away something from this group! We would love to have you.

The Bump Tri-Valley is hosting Ginger Huizar - a fitness and wellness coach at Curves in Pleasanton. She loves working with women during their prenatal phase and all the way throughout their pregnancy, and has a special passion for postpartum care and exercise.
