You and other members of the San Ramon Chamber of Commerce are cordially invited to attend the John F. Kennedy University – Kaiser Permanente Pathways to Total Health Summit: Transforming How You Think About Health; to be held on Friday, April 11, 2014, from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. This summit will be held on the John F. Kennedy University campus, located at 100 Ellinwood Way, Pleasant Hill CA.

The Pathways to Total Health Summit will further conversations among clinicians and healthcare managers, community health directors, planners, policy makers and academics about community health empowerment and strategies to improve health care delivery in the era of unprecedented health care reform
The purpose of our summit is to elevate community conversations and actions around the concept of creating a stronger "culture of health" in our communities. We believe that a stronger and more vibrant "culture of health" can ultimately lead to consistently wiser individual and collective choices about factors that influence our individual, family, and community health. Creating a healthier America involves improving the quality, outcomes and affordability of health care, and improving how we as individuals, families and communities make consistently wiser day-to-day decisions on matters that affect our health.
We will have capacity for approximately 50 summit registrants and anticipate meeting capacity. We encourage you to register online by April 4, 2014 using the link below. There is no registration fee as the summit is being underwritten by Kaiser Permanente.
