Speakers:  Mino Sastry (Vice President, Service Lines and Market Development), Joe Carlucci (Director of PSM) and Winter Brown (LifeStyleRx Wellness Instructor).

Mino Sastry
Mino is the Vice President of Service Lines and Market Development at Stanford Health Care – ValleyCare. Currently, Mino has responsibility for leading the development and execution of business development efforts including growing key clinical services within the region.  Mino is recognized as a leader in professional development, operational systems, employee and customer engagement, cost and vendor management.  Prior to joining SHC-ValleyCare in 2018, Mino served at Stanford HealthCare for 7 years with successive growth opportunities including his most recent role as the Administrative Director Business Operations, Security Services, Engineering & Maintenance and Parking and Transport. 
Mino is on the Board of the San Ramon Chamber of Commerce.  Mino resides in San Ramon with his wife Ally and 3 children. During his free time, Mino volunteers as a youth coach in basketball, soccer and little league baseball.
 
Joe Carlucci
Joe graduated from Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York in 1982. He moved to California after graduation and has lived in the Bay Area ever since. Joe has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY; a Master's in Health Science from San Francisco State University; a Master of Business Administration from Sacramento State, and is a Fellow of the Advisory Board of Washington, DC. Joe has been at ValleyCare since 1991, working in various capacities within the physical therapy department, and has been the Director of Physical and Sports Medicine since 1997. Joe has also held various administrative positions at ValleyCare, including Patient Safety Officer for four years. Besides director of PSM, he is currently a Patient Safety Specialist and a TeamSTEPPS Master Trainer.
 
Winter Brown
Certified yoga therapist Winter Brown has been teaching since 2009. She holds a doctorate in Political Science from Duke University. She serves as a lead trainer in Dragonfly Yoga and Wellness' 300-Hour Teacher Training and founded its Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training. Winter strives to create caring and playful spaces that offer precise cueing, minimal hands-on adjustments, and choices and modifications so that yoga is both safe and inclusive. She combines movement, breath, and mindfulness in order to empower the healer within you.
