Rosalind was in the airfreight, commercial airline and hotel industry before beginning her successful career in real estate. She was part of the pre-opening team at Rasa Sentosa Resort Hotel (Singapore) as the Business Manager. After which she was hired by MGM Grand Hotel Casino in Las Vegas as Marketing Director to set up and manage the International Casino Marketing department. Her responsibility was to ensure the Asian high-stake players from Southeast Asia countries were well accommodated while they were V.I.P guests at the hotel and casino.
