Our membership currently consists of over 200 professional and non-professional artists of all levels, including non-artists as well.
The Alamo Danville Artists? Society is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization providing monetary contribution in support of art programs in the San Ramon Valley schools.
ADAS Philanthropy
ADAS has been able to award cash grants of $5,000 to $10,000 yearly since 1995, totaling over $125,000. Those funds directly supplement our local schools art education programs.
Artists who sell their work in our art exhibits voluntarily donate a percentage of the sale of their artwork to our Art for the Schools program.
This program invites the teachers and parent/docents from each school in the San Ramon Valley Unified School district to apply for a grant to be used toward art education and supplies. In this way we know that the funds will be used where they are needed most.
